REGISTER FOR ONLINE ACCOUNT ACCESS

The account owner (purchaser) must register the College Illinois! account for online account access. If you are a new user, select Register for Online Access. When accessing your account for the first time, you will need a College Illinois! account number and the account owner’s SSN and you will have to create a password during the registration process. If you have more than one College Illinois! account, all accounts with the same owner will be displayed after you register.

RESET MY USER ID OR PASSWORD FOR ONLINE ACCOUNT ACCESS

If you are unable to log in to your account after several attempts, forgot your User ID (email) or password, please select the links available on the log in screen and follow the instructions. A new User ID or password will be sent to the email address on file with College Illinois!. Or, the account owner can send a written, signed request to clear existing information from the account. After old information is cleared, you can register as a new user.

CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

To cancel an account, the account owner must complete and submit a Cancellation Form to College Illinois! following the instructions on the form. Cancellation fees will apply and be deducted from the refund issued. Refund amounts depend on the type of cancellation (voluntary, death or disability) and are typically issued within 3-4 weeks after the cancellation request is received. CHANGE THE EMAIL/MAILING ADDRESS

You can log in to your account and visit the Profile section to update address, phone and email information. Or, you can complete and submit the Change of Mailing or Email Address Form to College Illinois! following the instructions on the form. CHANGE THE BENEFICIARY/STUDENT

To change the beneficiary designated on the College Illinois! account, the account owner must complete and submit the Change of Beneficiary Form following the instructions on the form. In the event of a beneficiary’s death, please use the Change of Beneficiary Due to Death Form. The new beneficiary must be eligible to receive the contract benefits and be a member of the extended family of the original beneficiary, as defined in the Disclosure Statement and Master Agreement. CHANGE THE PURCHASER/ACCOUNT OWNER

To change the owner of a College Illinois! account, the current owner must complete and submit a Change of Purchaser Form following the instructions on the form. In the event of the account owner’s death, please use the Change of Purchaser Due to Death Form. A service fee for this change may apply. DESIGNATE/CHANGE A SUCCESSOR PURCHASER

The successor purchaser takes control of the prepaid tuition contract in the event of the account owner’s death. To designate or change a successor purchaser, the account owner must complete and submit a Successor Purchaser Form to College Illinois! following the instructions on the form.
